CYS Supervised Visitation & Exchanges Rates

Registration Fee (non-refundable) $35.00

Visits per hour (for up to (3) three children) $40.00

Holiday rate per hour $60.00

Visit with less than 48-hour notice $60.00

Additional child per visit (after (3) three children) $10.00

Additional guest per visit $10.00

Exchanges (for drop off and return) $30.00

Holiday rate per exchange $40.00

Exchange with less than a 48-hour notice $40.00

Late Fee for visits or exchanges $10.00 for every 15-minute time period past scheduled time
(charged to parent/guardian responsible for the late/extended service)

Attendance Reports $8.00 per page

Visit or Exchange Notes $8.00 per page

Rush Document Request Fee (less than 48-hour notice) $30.00

Classes (including certificate of completion) $200.00

Make-up class session $50.00 each session

Re-issuance of class certificate of completion $25.00

Required meeting with Manager to resume services $75.00

Subpoenas for CYS staff court appearance or documentation

➢ Court Subpoenas for staff appearance or documentation – No Cost
➢ Client or Client Attorney Subpoenas:

  • $60 per hour, per staff member ($120 deposit required prior to appearance)

  • $8.00 per page of all documents requested

  • $30.00 rush fee for subpoenas requests with less than a 48-hour notice
